1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, joining LovelySMP, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any server rules shown through official LovelySMP channels. If you do not agree, do not use the payment features.

2. Eligibility and permission

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve any payment. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Nature of support

Payments support the operation and development of LovelySMP, including hosting, maintenance, moderation, events, and community improvements. Unless a checkout page expressly promises a specific item or benefit, a payment is voluntary support and does not purchase ownership, administrative control, guaranteed access, or influence over server decisions.

4. Prices and payment processing

The amount and billing frequency are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by the provider you select, such as PayPal or Stripe. Their own terms, privacy notices, exchange rates, taxes, verification steps, and processing rules may also apply. LovelySMP does not receive or store full card numbers or payment-account passwords through this website.

5. Server access and availability

Support does not guarantee uninterrupted server access. LovelySMP may be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security issues, provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue server features when reasonably necessary.

6. Conduct and enforcement

Supporters must follow the same community and gameplay rules as all players. A payment does not prevent warnings, suspensions, bans, resets, or other moderation action. Attempted fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of checkout systems may result in restricted access and a report to the relevant provider.

7. Intellectual property and Minecraft notice

LovelySMP branding and original site content belong to their respective owners. Minecraft, Mojang, and Microsoft names and assets belong to their respective owners. LovelySMP is an independent community server and is not an official Minecraft product or service and is not approved by, associated with, or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft. Use of Minecraft-related material remains subject to the Minecraft Usage Guidelines.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and server are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or payment changes. The revised effective date will be posted here. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material subscription changes will be communicated through reasonable official channels when required.

1. Information you provide

You may enter a Minecraft username and choose an amount, billing frequency, and payment method. Payment details are entered on the selected provider’s hosted checkout, not directly on this website. Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide.

2. Information processed automatically

The website host may process standard connection information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested pages for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. The live server-status display requests public server information from mcstatus.io; that service receives normal network-request information when your browser makes the status check.

3. Payment providers

If you choose a payment method, the relevant provider independently processes transaction and identity information under its own notice. Review the PayPal Privacy Statement or Stripe Privacy Policy before checkout.

4. How information is used

Information may be used to operate and secure the site and server, associate support with an in-game username when requested, respond to questions, prevent fraud, maintain financial records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell payment-card details, and this static website does not store full payment credentials.

5. Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with hosting, status, payment, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal service providers only as reasonably necessary for their services or legal compliance. Records should be retained only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, dispute handling, security, accounting, and applicable law.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or store payment information in browser storage. The hosting platform or external checkout provider may use essential cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.

7. Children and account safety

Children should not make payments without parent or guardian permission. Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, or other secret account information to LovelySMP support.

8. Your choices and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. To make a privacy request, email support@yourdomain.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

1. General policy

Completed voluntary support payments are generally final because funds may be used promptly for server operation. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applies under the law where you live.

2. When to contact us

Contact us promptly if you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, charged in the wrong amount, affected by a technical error, or connected to a specifically promised benefit that was not delivered. Include the transaction date, provider, transaction reference, and Minecraft username if one was supplied. Never email full card details or passwords.

3. Review of requests

Eligible requests are reviewed individually. Approval may depend on payment-provider rules, available transaction evidence, whether a benefit has already been consumed, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible; provider processing times may apply.

4. Subscription charges

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but normally does not automatically refund a charge already completed. Accidental renewal requests may be reviewed case by case. Cancel before the next billing date whenever possible.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact support@yourdomain.com before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension from LovelySMP, but nothing here prevents a good-faith dispute or any legal right to challenge an unauthorized charge.

1. Automatic monthly renewal

When you select Monthly and complete checkout, you authorize the selected provider to charge the displayed amount automatically each billing cycle until canceled. The checkout page controls the exact price, currency, first charge date, and renewal schedule.

2. Canceling

You may cancel through the payment provider’s subscription-management tools or by contacting support@yourdomain.com. Submit cancellation before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect for future billing and does not normally reverse an already completed charge.

3. Failed payments

If a payment fails, the provider may retry it according to its rules. Monthly status or any associated benefit may pause or end when payment is unsuccessful, reversed, refunded, or disputed.

4. Changes and ending a plan

We may change or discontinue a monthly support option. Where required, reasonable advance notice will be provided before a price change affects future renewals. You may cancel if you do not agree with a change.

5. No guaranteed server lifetime

A subscription supports continued operation but does not guarantee that LovelySMP will operate indefinitely. If the server permanently closes, active recurring plans should be canceled and future billing stopped as soon as reasonably practical.
